    Description

The client required a complete renovation of a three level house which was built in the seventies close to the Woodford Bay in the northern part of Sydney. The 415 square meter house required major structural changes to the internal areas of the upper floor by raising the roof to gain higher ceilings and increase harbour views. Walls were removed to make way for open planned living area and a new spacious kitchen with imported stone floors and first use of Swiss made sliding doors towards both balconies. Bathrooms and bedrooms were also renovated. Windows were redesigned and brick walls were rendered and a significant external stair was added towards the pool side connecting all three levels. The external areas received new stone floors and selected plants.
