The existing oceanic style two-storey residence required a general renovation to the interiors, which included floor finishes, soft furnishings, lighting & a kitchen fit-out. The ground level is mainly used to host events by the Consulate General. A new travertine floor was proposed in the open living area and a full catering kitchen was to be accommodated. New modern furniture classics and lighting replaced the old to give the residence a modern Swiss identity and outlook. The same applied to private quarters on the upper floor, although providing a more personalised touch for the newly located Consul General and their family.
